xxReid Dickson, P.E. - Principal
Mr. Dickson is the owner of Infinity Consultants and serves as Principal-in-Charge of all engineering projects. His responsibilities include coordinating with client leadership, public relations, and assuring that projects are accomplished in a high quality and timely manner. Mr. Dickson has 20 years experience in municipal and private consulting, engineering, management, and public involvement. Mr. Dickson has served as the City Engineer for Saratoga Springs, Utah; Eagle Mountain, Utah; and the City of Veneta, Oregon. He currently serves as the Utah Military Installation Development Authority (M.I.D.A.) Engineer.
xxStephen Marks, P.E. - Senior Engineer
Mr. Marks serves as Senior Engineer for municipal planning, studies, and design projects. He has over 18 years of professional experience; primarily with the modeling, master planning, design, and construction of drinking water distribution systems, sewer systems, and storm drain systems. Mr. Marks has engineered numerous wells, pump stations, concrete or steel tanks, secondary water storage ponds, sludge drying beds, and evaporation ponds. Mr. Marks received a  Master's Degree in Geotechnical Engineering from Brigham Young University and is fluent in French.
xxJason Thompson, P.E. - Project Manager/Structural Engineer
Mr. Thompson has 11 years of experience in the municipal and land development industry. His most recent experience includes serving as the assistant engineer for MIDA. Mr. Thompson created engineering standards and master planning for all MIDA utility services for the Falcon Hill National Aerospace Research Park at Hill Air Force Base. He leads the quality assurance and standards compliance review process for Infinity. Mr. Thompson also directs Infinity's right-of-way acquisitions, property ownership mapping, and platting operations.
Shawn HerringShawn Herring F.E. - Project Manager
Mr. Herring is a Civil Design Engineer who focuses on harnessing the power of CADD software. He is our production lead for the creation of construction drawings. He is the innovation engine which streamlines the review, permitting, and construction processes. Mr. Herring has in depth experience working in Utah, Arizona, Nevada, California, and other states. 

xxStanley Klemetson, PhD, P.E. - Senior Technical Advisor
Mr. Klemetson has over 30 years experience in Civil and Environmental Engineering, construction, and planning. Mr. Klemetson is registered as a civil engineer, land surveyor, and general engineering contractor. He is certified in well drilling and development. His experience includes land development, environmental site audits, hazardous waste remediation, underground tank investigation, underground fuel tank removal contracting, and expert witness projects.


Robbin Mullen
Rob Mullen, P.L.S. - Professional Land Surveyor
During Mr. Mullen's 20 years of experience he has used all types of equipment from conventional total station to robotics to GPS. Mr. Mullen has provided boundary survey work and/or construction staking services for a single parcel to a 3000 acre subdivision. Specifically he is experienced with steel erection surveys, subdivision plats, condominium plats, boundary line agreements, HUD Certified Surveys, well proofs, GIS systems, and FEMA Elevation Certificates.
xxMarty Shearer, P.L.S. - Professional Land Surveyor
Mr Shearer has four decades of professional experience. Mr. Shearer specializes in boundary determination and mapping including: ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, major and minor subdivisions, topographical mapping, route surveys, and high precision as-built surveys. With more than 3000 maps recorded in the states of Utah and California, Mr. Shearer is a discipline leader in the industry. He is an authority on survey law, provides expert witness services, and provides assistance at the Utah Legislature on improving Utah's surveying and land laws.
xxCory Shupe, PLA - Land Planner/Landscape Architect
Mr. Shupe has over 14 years experience in land planning and urban design. Throughout his career in the public and private sectors, Mr. Shupe has been involved in a variety of projects that include large-scale master-planned communities, destination resort design, site planning, design for governmental and medical facilities, and university campuses. He the unique ability to combine his creative, artistic, and progressive style while maintaining efficiency and practicality. As an architect, Cory thrives on implementing a client's vision.
